GYSP Client Call Policy: Make It Happen Calls

As a valued Grow Your Studio Profitably Client, you receive personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, known as Make It Happen Calls. These calls are tailored to address your unique business needs and provide focused support to help you achieve your goals.

 

Booking & Scheduling Expectations:

  • Monthly Call Requirement: Our coaches will do their best to ensure your calls are pre-scheduled, however, you are ultimately responsible for scheduling and utilizing your calls. Please be mindful that these calls do not accumulate if they are not booked or completed within the month.
  • Call Purpose: When booking your session, please clearly note the purpose of your call. This helps your coach prepare to provide the most effective guidance and resources tailored specifically to your needs.

Preparation Guidelines:

  • Be Prepared: To maximize the value of your session, come prepared with any questions, updates, or topics you would like to discuss.
  • Optimal Setup: We expect you to attend the call at a desktop or laptop with your camera on to foster a more engaging and productive conversation. 

Booking Your Call:

  • Pre-booking Window: To ensure timely scheduling and to avoid any availability issues, we strongly recommend pre-booking your Make It Happen Calls at least 6 weeks in advance. This will help ensure you get the time slots that work best for you. 
  • How to Book: To book your call, please use the booking link provided by your Primary Coach. Your coach will help coordinate any introductions and scheduling with alternate coaches or specialists as needed.
  • Missed Calls: If you do not book or complete your calls within the month, these sessions will not accumulate or carry over.
  • Contact Us: If you are having any issues connecting with your coach for scheduling or have certain circumstances that warrant additional Make it Happen Calls. Please email support@studiogrow.co for guidance, support, or approval.

 

No Show Policy

Your Make It Happen Calls are very important to the Studio Grow team.  They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you are unable to hold your current booking time,  please reach out to your coach or support at Support@studiogrow.co to cancel.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and additional clients miss the opportunity to receive services.  If you are late ten or more minutes to your scheduled appointment, the coach will end the call and the remaining time forfeited.
